And by Royal Mail International Standard for outside the UK.

If you are dissatisfied with a product. I offer a straightforward refund or exchange policy, which is a great way to build trust and reassure my customers that they can buy with confidence. However, I cannot accept returns for customised items or face masks. If, in the unlikely event, you have to return an item you will need to send it back well packaged and at your own cost and the item must be returned with one week from purchase in the UK and 3 weeks from purchase for overseas customers.

 

When you contact me about returning an item I will give you the return address for your item.
