Full Shipping & Returns Policy




Shipping within the UK is FREE. 

I no longer offer shipping outside the UK due to extortionate costs imposed by Royal Mail and courier services. Your item may be sent by Royal Mail or Courier depending on size..


If you live outside the UK and would like to purchase any of my products, please email me using the contact form on this site telling me where you are and what items you are interested in buying and I will be able to give you a quote for shipping.

- Apple Pay

- PAYPAL if you have a Paypal account or without a Paypal account, or credit/debit cards if not.

This site has an SSL Certificate, which means the  checkout process is protected to keep your details safe throughout. 



All products are handmade so no two are identical and very slight variations of details, or slight colour hue differences may occur.  All screens show colours differently depending on resolution and personal computer settings.  


Should your item arrive damaged please contact me within 7 days for exchange or refund by the email form from on the 'Contact' in the main menu. . If possible please supply photo's of the item and original packaging.


Please contact me within: 7 days from delivery

Please items within: 14 days from delivery.


Please contact me immediately if you have any problems with your order.


Custom items can't be returned or exchanged for obvious reasons. This applies to face mask orders too.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged.

Conditions of return


Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.


When orderng personalised or custom items please double check all your details are correct before paying, as customised or personalised items cannot be exchanged or returned for refund.




At certain times of the year, such as Christmas, please order in plenty of time as turnaround may be a little slower than normal due to increased demand, and I need time to make the items. If I am unable to fulfill your order I will let you know immediately by emaill and you can decide if you want to wait for your item or if you would prefer a refund. If you prefer a refund I will refund immediately by Paypal and you should receive your refund almost immediately.. 


Keeping my customers happy is my main priority as my reputation depends on it.
