SHIPPING INFO
Shipping within the UK is FREE.

Shipping Outside the UK is a standard Royal Mail flat rate which can be checked on the Royal Mail website for International Shipping. It is not sent tracked, if you prefer to have it sent tracked please contact me before you checkout so I can advise you of the upgraded shipping rate.
The flat rate shipping to overseas customers varies depending on which zone you are..
I do still ship to the EU, but due to EU import regulations it now takes longer for orders to arrive than it did before Brexit. However, this does seem to vary from country to country within the EU, some being faster at processing incoming mail than others.

This site has an SSL Certificate, which means the checkout process is protected to keep your details safe throughout.
RETURNS
All bonniesbazaar.com products are handmade so no two are identical and very slight variations of details, or slight colour hue differences may occur. All screens show colours differently depending on resolution and personal computer settings.
Should your item arrive damaged please contact me within 7 days for exchange or refund by the email form from on the 'Contact' in the main menu. . If possible please supply photo's of the item and original packaging.
Please contact me within: 7 days from delivery
Please items within: 21 days from delivery.
Please contact me immediately if you have any problems with your order.
Custom items can't be returned or exchanged for obvious reasons. This applies to face mask orders too.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged.

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
When orderng personalised or custom items please double check all your details are correct before paying, as customised or personalised items cannot be exchanged or returned for refund.
LOGISTICS AT BUSY TIMES OF THE YEAR
At certain times of the year, such as Christmas, please order in plenty of time as turnaround may be a little slower than normal due to increased demand. If I am unable to fulfill your order I will let you know immediately by emaill and you can decide if you want to wait for your item or if you would prefer a refund. If you prefer a refund I will refund immediately by Paypal and you should receive your refund almost immediately, or at least within 3 days as I cannot be held responsible for Paypal delays.
