Customer Care

All my customers are important to me, so keeping you happy is my number one priority. If for any Eason you're not happy with an item you've purchased from me please message me, either via this site or email and I will make it a priority to ensure you are treated with respect and listened to. I am only too happy to help and give you pre sales advice on anything in my shop so never be afraid to contact me, for whatever reason. I want my customers to feel that they are visiting a real little shop with lots of different departments and somewhere they can browse at their own speed and decide what they'd like to buy. If there are any questions, before you buy is the time to ask them. If you want to buy something from me and you want it sent direct then please let me know all the recipients details for shipping and what occasion the gift is for and I will gift wrap and package your item to avoid any damage while in transit. I do charge for gift wrapping, which is usually an extra £5 onto of the item price and gift wrap is quality wrapping paper with trim. So relax and enjoy your visit to Bonnie's Bazaar, have a coffee and put your feet up while you look through the different sections.

 

In some instances you may not be confident to buy online or worried about the security of your transaction. I have mentioned security in the Privacy section below. But if you prefer to pay with a cheque then that's fine. Just message me with the details of the item you'd like to buy and I'll give you the postal address to send your order to. I will of course wait for the cheque to clear before despatching your order but once it has, I will message you to let you know your cheque has cleared and your order has despatched. 

At busy times like Christmas or Easter, Valentines Day and all the other lovely celebration days, I can get inundated with orders, especially if the orders are for items not kept in stock and have to be made by me when the order comes in. So please do be patient at these times, I will get your order out asap but I don't want to rush and send out something I am not 100% happy with. Handmade things take time and each item is made with love and care. I will always notify you if there is a delay in despatch so you are always kept in the picture as to the progress of your order.

Privacy & Safety

This website uses cookies, like every other site on the internet. These are harmless small bits of software that make it easier for you to browse my shop by remembering your last visit so that your browser loads much faster. When you use the secure checkout to pay for your items no information is kept on the system so there is no need to worry about your credit/debit card or PayPal details being stored away on a database somewhere. Because that won't happen. Checkout is as secure as any other online shop, even the big stores, so you have no worries about security. 

Wholesale Inquiries

All items in my shop are handmade by me and I take time to make them so I am unable to offer wholesale orders, as every item is unique in it's own way.
